Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Alippo ("Service"), operated by Nabosh Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), is an AI-powered ecommerce platform that helps merchants build and manage online stores. The Service includes AI-generated content, store management tools, payment processing integrations, and hosted storefronts.

2. Account Terms

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person may not maintain more than one free account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Sell illegal goods or services
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing
• Abuse AI generation capabilities (spam, misleading content)
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for annual plans within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including product images, descriptions, and store data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership over your store content.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content including product descriptions, images, store layouts, and marketing copy. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing it to your store.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days after termination. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties for a period of 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, with the seat in Bengaluru, India.

For users outside India, you may also have rights under your local consumer protection laws which cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
